Upcoming Events
There is plenty happening almost every day at the moment with ongoing events for Telkom DGL Leg 3 and the Masters Leg 2 as well as the Ballistix Masters (which sees the Lower Bracket Final tonight at 8:30pm). Mettlestate‘s second leg in their R1 million CS:GO tournament kicks off tonight – the action continues on 23 and 24 April all live here. The Kosta Games FIFA 17 season two league is also underway.
Our sister organisation, ACGL, have a number of upcoming tournaments for Halo 5, Infinite Warfare, Rocket League, Overwatch, FIFA and For Honor. Keep your eye on the tournament listing here.
Otherwise, there are a few other events happening to keep you entertained:
- Xbox Playdates ZA are hosting Titanfall 2 on Thursday 20 April from 8pm. Join other locals (as well as Blisk) as they await their Titans to fall. Head here for more information.
- Trenchtown is host to our FIFA 17 tournament on Saturday 22 April. Full details can be found here.
- MSSA are hosting the Online Provincial Championships on Saturday. The full schedule is available here and we would suggest heading to their Facebook page if you have any queries.
- ESL Africa kicks off with their CS:GO tournament (part of their R2 million series) on Saturday. Additional information regarding the event can be found here.
- GEC is scheduled to be hosting a Call of Duty LAN event in KwaZulu-Natal this Saturday. After the initial announcement, there has not been any further promotion, so we’re unsure if the event is still on. We will try to confirm as soon as possible.
- ESL Africa are hosting the second qualifier in the Hearthstone leg of their R2 million series on Sunday (23 April). More information can be found here.
- With the public holiday next week, it’s worth noting that Kosta Games are hosting a FIFA 17 tournament on 27 April from 2pm. Entry is R100 at Mary Fitzgerald Square (Gauteng) and there is cash and more up for grabs. Additional information can be found on the event page.
