This review is an unedited version of the review written by Zombie Dredd and published in the Tech Magazine: Issue 56 April 2018. L.A. Noire originally released in 2011, and saw developers Rockstar ignoring the pleas for a new Grand Theft Auto (GTA) by placing you on the ‘right’ side of the law. In many ways, L.A. Noire on release…
We wake up on another Tuesday. Yes, I am stating the obvious, because there are some who may genuinely not know what day it is. Or wish it was a Friday. Like we do. Did you think the recently announced delay of GTA V was due to some great conspiracy? Neither did we, but maybe thinking it may have been…
Online retailers Buy.com and CDUniverse have listed the ‘Rockstar Games Collection’ with CDUniverse dating the collection for 13 November. The boxart was originally posted on NeoGAF and shows Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City, Red Dead Redemption, LA Noire and Midnight Club: Los Angeles Complete Edition as potentially being part of the package.
2K’s XCOM FPS has been delayed again. According to publisher Take Two’s quarterly financial report, it will now launch some time between 1 April 2013 and 31 March 2014. It was originally due for release this fiscal year and no reason was given for the delay. Those craving their XCOM fix (like me) can always while away the wait with…
Rockstar has announced that the previously announced ‘Complete Edition’ which was bound for PC will also be arriving on the Xbox 360 and PS3 in November. Due on store shelves in North America on November 15th and in Europe & Australia on November 18th, the console version is “similar to its PC counterpart, L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition on consoles…
The L.A. Noire ‘Complete Edition’ spotted a few days ago is a reality and has been confirmed by Rockstar. It is however destined for PC only at the moment.
The PC version of the game will arrive on 8 November (North America) and 11 November (Europe). It will also come with a “multi-use code to access all downloadable add-ons and cases” including all previously released console DLC. Interesting… so there’s more DLC coming then?
Eurogamer reports that Rockstar is readying a ‘Complete Edition’ of the smash hit – LA Noire which will ship with all of the downloadable content. This has not been confirmed by the publisher nor do we know if it will be headed to our shores if this is true. Rockstar have released a GOTY edition for Red Dead Redemption which included all the DLC, so this would come as no shock.
This Traffic Desk Case was originally only available with North American PS3 versions of L.A. Noire, but is now available for download on both the North American and European PlayStation Store. Xbox 360 fans fear not – Rockstar is working with Microsoft to bring the Sony North America exclusive case to Xbox Live Marketplace.
Please note that this DLC is not included as part of the Rockstar Pass DLC and will cost you $3.99/£3.19/€3.99.
The Vice Desk case for L.A. Noire is now out on Xbox Live with the North American PSN getting it later today and European PSN getting it tomorrow morning.
Ahead of L.A. Noire’s “Reefer Madness” case, Rockstar has released some screens. “When a tip from an informant leads Detective Cole Phelps and his Vice desk partner Roy Earle to a local L.A. drug dealer, a deadly shootout ensues and they suddenly find themselves in the throes of one of the city’s biggest narcotics rings.” – Rockstar.
