Phelps and his Vice Desk partner Roy Earle find themselves in a case which involves one of L.A.’s biggest narcotics rings. Expect to be involved in shootouts, crime scene investigations and interrogations, while wanting to kill Roy for being a dirty cop. Sorry if we ruined the main game’s story for you, but you should be finished by now. Surely?

Rockstar Games don’t seem very thrilled with LA Noire developer – Team Bondi – and will not publish any of the Aussie studio’s new projects soon. It seems Rockstar Games are not happy with the studio’s development times, a lack of clear vision and mismanagement at a senior level.
Rockstar and Team Bondi’s multi-million unit selling classic (well, we like it) is coming to PC sometime this fall with improved graphics and 3D support. Since its May 17 release, the games has shipped four million units on PS3 and Xbox 360.
The penultimate DLC case for L.A. Noire – Nicholson Electroplating – is now available for download via PlayStation Network for around R40 and on Xbox LIVE for 320 MS Points. Rockstar Pass holders get to download the DLC at no charge.

If you haven’t already picked up the L.A. Noire Rockstar Pass, you’re in luck. The discounted price was due to expire this week, but Rockstar has announced that they’ve extended the limited-time discounted price ($9.99 on PSN and 800 MS Points on XBL) until June 21st, the release date for the “Nicholson Electroplating” Arson case.
Rockstar has been kind enough to post some hints on how to instantly improve your case ratings and where some of the more rare vehicles can be found. Be warned, there are some spoilers if you have just started playing the game.
