It appears one feature went a little unnoticed when the last Xbox 360 Dashboard update rolled out last month.

The update added Internet Explorer, Xbox Video, compatibility with Smartglass and more, but the expansion of USB drive to 32GB hardly got a mention.

A Microsoft rep has however confirmed the new feature via Joystiq: “The more our customers use their profile and download digital content, the larger the file size necessary to store that content and move it between consoles gets.”

“Therefore we increased the size of the memory to enable our customers to take more of their Xbox profile with them on the go.”
