What’s becoming the worst kept secret in the land of Playstation – that The Last of Us is headed to the PS4, has all but now been confirmed.
The latest news comes courtesy of Sony themselves, who have listed a “Remastered” edition for the PS4 on the Sony Entertainment Network Store.
A NeoGaf posted pic [via Polygon] features a banner advertising pre-orders for The Last of Us: Remastered on the PlayStation 4 for $59.99.
Polygon report that the link goes to a “Page not found” notice, but why would it be there at all.
If you still have any doubts , remember, the news that the acclaimed post-apocalyptic survival title was PS4 bound arouse last week from a PlayStation employee – the Playstation Eurasian Software Market Manager.
Sony told Polygon at the time that “at no time” has it announced that The Last of Us is coming to PS4 and that Sony therefore “have nothing to say on the subject.”
But this really would be a standard reply as not to mess with would-be sales of the PS3 version of the game.
Out with it already!
