Yeah, it is that time of the year indeed as everything starts to wind down and the silly season takes hold. That means the decline of gaming activities locally, but we’d suggest using that to rest up because 2017 is likely to be a massive one.
We also suspect that this may well be 2016’s last SA Gaming News Wrap, but it will return new (and improved possibly) in 2017.

Upcoming Events
XP Fest by ACGL continues until 22 December with a variety of tournaments across multiple titles and platforms. You can also find us zombies at Tyger Valley where we are hosting gaming for the holiday activities. Alongside that, this weekend sees the following too:
- Gamerfest’16 is being hosted in Ghana from Friday 16 December until Sunday 18 December. The event will feature game demos from developers, eSports tournaments, VR and more. Additional details and information is available here.
