Well, it wasn’t exactly like they had a ton of time left before the game’s September 6 release to run an open beta, so I suppose it’s no surprise that the open beta will kick off in the first week of August.
While an exact day in that week was not given by Insomniac Games at Comic-Con, you will have access to Team Deathmatch and Chain Reaction modes.
