Interestingly, Capcom has released a new update for the PC version of Resident Evil 6 which adds Left 4 Dead 2 content.
MCV are citing Steam’s news feed announcing the free update through the Steam client which adds the content to the PC exclusive mode.
This is the first of its kind since Capcom announced the content in partnership with Valve last month. More cross-game content will following in coming months.
The content patch adds the four Left 4 Dead 2 survivors – Coach, Ellis, Rochelle, and Nick – to the ‘The Mercenaries Unlimited No Mercy’ mode. The update also adds some of the ‘Special Infected’ from the Left 4 Dead series to chase you down.
