rAge Expo 2010 – what can you expect?

Well, what can you expect from the good people of Megarom and Microsoft this year, when rAge happens at the Coca-Cola Dome in Gauteng, South Africa from 1 October to 3 October?

Microsoft has let us know that you will be able to try out Kinect and that Fable 3 will be there for your enjoyment.

For Kinect, the following games (as loaded code) will be at the stand on the day to play around with, obviously with limited levels on each game ahead of launch in Mid-november:

  • Kinectimals
  • Kinect Adventures!
  • Kinect Sports

For Fable 3, they will be running some competition giveaways from their stand.

The word from Microsoft is that “November is going to be a huge month for us, and we don’t want to dilute the impact of a big event by giving away too much at rAge.”  November?  What happens in November?  You know…unless you’ve been living under a rock. 🙂

And from Megarom, we have the following to report:

Johannesburg, South Africa – September 22, 2010 – Megarom Interactive (Pty) Ltd., South Africa’s leading importer and distributor of interactive video games, is proud to announce their attendance at rAge 2010. The distributor which has been at rAge since 2002 will once again show off its upcoming titles from its stable of publishers; Activision, Ubisoft, Take2, Namco Bandai and NC Soft for the end of the year and beginning of 2011.

With two stands on the show floor including a special POD for a more a more intimate gaming experience and as one of the main sponsors for the stage, Megarom is set to excite and entertain guests attending the show.

There are going to be loads of give-aways and sneak peaks at rAge so make sure you come and visit us on our stand (AH). In the mean time be sure to like us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter as we will be posting regular news to keep you up to date on what you can expect from Megarom at this years rAge.

Along with this, there should be plenty of other exhibitors, as well as the massive LAN to keep you entertained.  A little something for everyone it would seem this year.
