A member of the premier videogames forum – NeoGaf -has found some operating system loophole that granted the user access to a debug menu.
The ‘hack’ that granted access to the debug menu is no longer available as Nintendo reportedly issued a fix, but the forum user claims that he was able to access one of the Miiverse’s back-end admin menus.
The said user was granted the ability to delete other’s user accounts and was apparently able to access internal messages from developers and Nintendo staff that included mentions of unannounced games – Yoshi’s Island U and Soul Hackers.
The Metal Gear Solid, Final Fantasy and Resident Evil IP’s were also referenced. The user posted pics on the forum to back the findings.
