If you have been following the tabloids on Id Software’s upcoming RAGE, you might just agree with the studio’s co-founder, John Carmack who said iD have “arguably the best looking game on the consoles today.”
Ripten has reported on the studio’s latest developer diary where Carmack says his team have always pushed the limits of cutting edge technology with their games, but with Rage the team are pushing the limits of the current generation of consoles with RAGE.
“We are arguably the best looking game on the consoles today and the point is we are running at two times the frame rate of what other people might argue is the best looking console game”
Furthermore, Ripten’s Dave Oshry reported on when he saw RAGE being played on an Xbox 360, he thought it was on a PC.
