The ‘Peter Molydeux’ parody twitter account has been suspended and “Molydeux” contacted Kotaku AU to discuss why the account was suspended.
He told Kotaku that he discussed the account with a few people at Lionhead and that the general response was positive. He did say however, that Lionhead wanted Molydeux to change the use of the logo in the videos, and make it even more clear in his bio that the account is fake.
“It sounds like they do actually have people getting in contact asking about the fake prototype videos I’ve created, which I can understand must be frustrating,” says Molydeux.
Molydeux is now reportedly waiting for Twitter to get back to him regarding the suspension so he can make the changes as Lionhead requested.
“I just wish Lionhead had got in touch with me first so this mess could have been avoided,” Molydeux added.
