Activision’s line-up at E3 features no major surprises (theme for this year it would seem), but is more an exercise in drip-feeding titbits of information to the anticipating masses.  So this is that.

Call of Duty: Black Ops II:  Set in 2025, this is being called (by Activision) the “most groundbreaking and ambitious Call of Duty to date”.  The game releases on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC on 13 November.

Skylanders Giants:  The game builds upon the fundamentals of the Skylanders Spyro’s Adventure game, it features new Hero Challenges, more Battle Mode gameplay, and advanced integration across console, handheld, mobile and Skylanders Universe.  The game will be available on Wii Nintendo 3DS, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC and mobile devices.

Transformers: Fall of Cybertron:  The game places players in the “darkest hours of the war between the AUTOBOTS and DECEPTICONS” as they battle for control of their dying home world.  High Moon Studios is announcing at E3 that the PC version has been worked on closely with fellow developer Mercenary Games to create the PC version which will launch with the console (Xbox 360 and PS3) versions on 28 August.

The Amazing Spider-Man:  Spider-Man gets to web-slinging in New York on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, and Nintendo 3DS on 26 June with a PC version later this year.

007 Legends:  Releasing to celebrate the Bond franchise’s 50th anniversary, this instalment takes gamers “back through time to relive a selection of James Bond’s iconic and intense undercover missions from the popular films.”  The game will also feature an original storyline tying together five classic Bond movie-inspired missions plus a sixth mission based on this year’s movie — SKYFALL — which will be available post launch as free downloadable content.  The game – being developed by Eurocom – will launch on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.

Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse:  Featuring an all-new original narrative, “Road to the Multiverse”, turns the “outrageous world of Family Guy into an action-packed video game filled with nods to the long-running comedy”.  Players can choose to play as either Stewie or Brian – each with unique abilities and weapons – and will battle their favorite Family Guy characters as they advance through ‘Multiverse’ themed levels in their pursuit to battle Stewie’s evil twin, Bertram, who has returned and is hell-bent on destroying Quahog.  The game will also feature a co-op multiplayer mode or  in competitive multiplayer levels.  The game is expected on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
