It does not come as too much of a surprise that the videogame titles most searched for on Google this year were titles that appeal to the more core gamer.
Google supplied MCV with a list of the Top 10 console video game searches this year which confirms that the core gamer is still eagerly searching news on their top titles. Only one casual title, Skylanders, managed to make the list.
