We have suspected this for awhile now. A few weeks ago we found that signing up on the Black Ops site would take you to a page with the benefits of being a member, and one clearly pointed at a beta.
Now a google advert has surfaced which calls for testing the said beta on the Xbox 360. This still cannot be taken to be official as it has not been announced by Activision, but come one, why is it there? It is the norm nowadays for shooters (and others) to be beta tested, with most of the big shooters, if not all conducting them. So it would seem perfectly normal for Activision to do the same. The fact that it is for the 360 should come as no surprise either as Activision have a deal with Microsoft to get DLC before Playstation 3 which only concludes in 2012.
