Another day, another villain for Batman to battle in Batman: Arkham City. The latest doer of evil to join in making Batman miserable is the mind meddling Jervis Tetch aka Mad Hatter.
He was spotted in a YouTube video which has since been removed, but the speedy users at NeoGAF were quick enough to grab the image above.
