According to CVG, this is now officially confirmed by SEGA.
Sega has officially announced that awesome Collector’s Edition of Aliens: Colonial Marines that leaked months ago.
The CE bundle will set you back $99 and comes with a load of content, including that sweet model of a marine in the power loader suit fighting an alien.

Sega also announced further pre-order-only bonuses, which in US, will be exclusive to GameStop (no retailer was specified for other regions). These bonuses include:

The game’s not out until February 12 2013 though, so you’ve got a fair wait on your hands.

New images of an Aliens: Colonial Marines Collection Edition have hit the net, and gaming news site Paranoid Gamer has details on what both the Collector’s Edition and Limited Edition contain.
We should stress that we have not seen any official press release to confirm this.
The Limited Edition will come with four playable movie characters in the form of Private Hudson, Corporal Hicks, Private Drake and Sergeant Apone, along with some special customization options for your Marine. Lastly, you’ll also get your hands on the duct taped Pulse Rifle + Flamethrower that Ripley used on her trip into the Alien hive near the end of the film. One can assume that the Limited edition is most likely a pre-order bonus type of thing.
Next we have the Collector’s Edition which comes with everything included in the Limited Edition and more. You get the four playable movie characters, customization options and Ripley’s Flamethrower. It also includes a high quality Power Loader figure made of resin packed inside a limited Xeno Hive Box. Exclusive multiplayer weapons such as the Sonic Electronic Ball Breakers and Phase plasma rifle. There is also an exclusive Level featuring a firing range at the USCM Academy, as well as a plethora of paper goods like the USCM-dossier’, commission, floor plans of the USS Sephora, personal information sheet, LV-426: Reconnaissance photo, a USCM-Iron-on Badge, USCM’s degree certificate.
