We can confirm that the (Stone Cold Steve) ‘Austin 3:16 Collector’s Edition’ of WWE ’13 will be released locally when the standard game releases on 2 November 2012.

The WWE ’13 CE will feature legendary Stone Cold Steve Austin on the cover and will come with exclusive in-game items along with some collectibles:
