Playstation 3 fans will soon be asked to download the new system software update, v3.72. The Playstation Blog say this is minor update and that the system stability during use of PS3 format software and network services has been improved.
PS 3 users would also have received an email recently announcing that you will need to accept new Terms Playstation Network for the new Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which is basically to prevent you from filing a class action lawsuit against Sony.

ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS, WHETHER IN ARBITRATION OR COURT, WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR AS A NAMED OR UNNAMED MEMBER IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, REPRESENTATIVE OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, UNLESS BOTH YOU AND THE SONY ENTITY WITH WHICH YOU HAVE A DISPUTE SPECIFICALLY AGREE TO DO SO IN WRITING FOLLOWING INITIATION OF THE ARBITRATION.”
