Destiny_Art_03Cowen Research analyst Doug Creutz reckons Destiny will outsell the likes of Call of Duty, Assassin’s Creed and Halo this year.

VentureBeat report that this is based on Cowen’s pre-order data, which not only suggests that Bungie’s upcoming shooter will be the most bought title this year, but also that Destiny mustered the highest ‘Ordometer’ score it has awarded to any game for the past four years.

On the other side of the spectrum, and one that we would agree with, is EA’s Battlefield: Hardline, which only however managed the 13th spot. Judging from gamers’ comments on various social media outlets, Hardline does not seem to have gamers all that excited, for now at least.

The list has Destiny sitting on top, followed by the Xbox One bound Halo sequel, and then Assassin’s Creed Unity surprisingly ahead of Call of Duty Advanced Warfare.

Not quite sure if Assassin’s Creed will stay ahead of Advanced Warfare.
