When Radical Entertainment announced a new game by explaining it’s all done in a ‘hyper-parkour style’, I for one got a little more than excited.
I love parkour games, so what else is in it?
Leap from building to building, the ability to commandeer vehicles, commandeer characters by eating them (technically known as ‘consuming DNA’), you can morph your forearms into giant claws or hammers each morph with their own abilities.
So you interested?………I am.
Prototype is an action third-person shooter, best described as a ‘Crackdown on steroids’, a game that had a huge fan base, and I for one think it is going to be a huge hit.
Alex Mercer – a shape-shifter with no memory of his past, a dark attitude and wants to solve the mystery of his purpose. His play-ground will be New York and he will shape-shift, morph his way past anything and everything they throw at him until he finds his answers.
Developed by Radical Entertainment who previously brought us ‘The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction’, and published by the very popular Activision, who has a good track-record with me personally and I’m sure fans alike.
I do think this has the potential to be a bit hit. Look out for Prototype around the 12th of June.
