About the tournament

Ekasi Tech Fest Esports Tournament is an initiative by I-village Foundation NPC that is built from the ground up to focus on esports community and fan creations, with the aim of creating an environment that promote esports in South Africa, increase its level of awareness, improve its participation and inspire future talent.

All tournament will be played on Play Station 4. With a prize money of R2000 for each tournament – Street Fighter V, FIFA 19 and Tekken 7. The CS:GO tournament itself will feature four (invited) teams in Bravado Gaming, Ekasi Esports, White Rabbit Gaming and Omnius Gaming. Details on which day the CS:GO matches will be played are scarce. We also assume it will be streamed. Actually, we can’t even tell you which day the other tournaments happen, or what the event schedule is generally. We would suggest keeping your eye on the Ekasi Tech Fest social media feeds for updates. And we will try and over the information once we have it in hand.
