PES 2014 will not be coming out on the PS4 and Xbox One due to Konami feeling unsure on how quickly the uptake will be on the new consoles. [More on CVG]

Another game not coming to the PS4 and Xbox One (as well as the Wii U) is Ultra Street Fighter 4. The game is only coming to Xbox 360, PS3 and PC in 2014. [More on Joystiq]

New team-based shooter Rekoil – a game targeted at eSports – will be out on XBLA and Steam later this year. The game will support dedicated servers – which will provide access to replays and specatator mode. Players will also be able to customise a fair amout of the game’s five different classes and ten game modes. The game will launch with 10 maps and over 40 different weapons. [Official Website]

Rayman Legends will not be heading to the Xbox as Smartglass is “not as responsive” as needed and not “popular” enough. That’s the word from series creator Michel Ancel to Shacknews.

State of Decay will arrive on PC in 2013. The version will feature enhanced graphics but no new features or content. [More on CVG]
