According to Bungie’s co-founder Jason Jones: “You absolutely are going to be able to play Destiny by yourself and have the same kind of fun shooter-experience that you could have in a single-player campaign,” however some “end-game activities… do require cooperation. A new automatic update and new mode for GTA Online will be available today. The new mode is ‘Capture’ and will feature 20 new Jobs across four unique modes. The team-based modes will be available in Freemode. [More on Rockstar Newswire]

You can pick up Rain on PS3 for €6.99/AU$10.35/£5.49 and Lone Survivor: The Director’s Cut on Vita for €5.99/AU$8.85/£4.79, along with some discounted movie rentals, until Thursday midday in the EU PSN Christmas Sale.

Dota 2 is now available to all as  the queueing system has now been removed.

YouTube has in the meanwhile sent out a statement to users which doesn’t really address actual issues but simply tell everyone that, yes,  they do have a new new tech. No shit Sherlock.
