If you were at rAge this year, you would have seen the interesting looking Wonderbook: Book of Spells.

From SCE London Studios, Wonderbook is something completely unique, utilizing Move and  an actual book of spells. Ster-Kinekor has announced that Wonderbrook: Book of Spells will be available in South Africa on 16 November 2012.

“Children will be able to step into the magic of the wizarding world through Wonderbook: Book of Spellsproduced in collaboration with Pottermore, J.K. Rowling’s unique and free-to-use website that builds an exciting online experience around the reading of the Harry Potter books,” reads the press release.

Wonderbook: Book of Spells is the first title to be published for the new PlayStation 3 peripheral, Wonderbook, which lets you discover, learn and practice spells from the Harry Potter books.

“Featuring new and exclusive writing from J.K. Rowling, Book of Spells creates a uniquely immersive spell-casting experience, in which fans will be able to learn and practise spells such as Incendio, Wingardium Leviosa and Expelliarmus.” – Sony.

J.K. Rowling claims, “Wonderbook: Book of Spells is the closest a Muggle can come to a real spell book.  I’ve loved working with Sony’s creative team to bring my spells, and some of the history behind them, to life.  This is an extraordinary device that offers a reading experience like no other.”
