We’ve said it before and it probably won’t be the last time either – 2017 has started with a flurry of changes in the South African competitive scene.
Bravado Gaming have pulled out of the DGL Masters, while Energy eSports and CarboN eSports have merged. More news from the DGL Masters camp sees the 2016 Dota 2 champions, White Rabbit Gaming, with changes and additions to their roster, but only for CS:GO.
The latest addition to the White Rabbit Gaming CS:GO team is local stalwart Thulani “LighteRTZ” Sishi who replaces Energy eSports bound Alex “Spartan” Lazarides. The Dota 2 championship team remains unchanged for 2017.
Nicholas “CiNNe” Farrant of White Rabbit Gaming had this to say about the addition of LighteRTZ to the CS:GO team:
The moment we trailed him for the team, it felt like he was a natural fit. Not only was his play style complementary to ours, but he has the right attitude in and out the game. He also brings a huge amount of experience and game knowledge to the team and we look forward to seeing what the future holds.
The White Rabbit Gaming roster for 2017 is currently confirmed as:
