Tomb Raider and Hitman will be at rAge 2011 | Megarom reveal line-up

Megarom Interactive has revealed it’s line-up for rAge 2011. Megarom say they have “gone all out this year, securing multiple stands to showcase all of our titles;” and will be taking up more stage time to demonstrate some of their upcoming titles. “Be sure to check out Samsung, Comet Computing and AMD stands” says Jason Borea; Marketing Director at Megarom.

Megarom will feature their biggest line-up of developers and publishers joining the Megarom team. Here is a break down of all the games that Megarom have lined-up for the show as per the press release:

Tomb Raider / Hitman (Square Enix)

One of this years most talked about games will be available to see exclusively at the show. Tomb Raider has been re-invented from the ground up giving you a Lara that has never been seen before.

“I went in there fairly certain that I knew what to expect, but left the studio with the impression of a game quiet unlike any Tomb Raider I’d ever seen before.” – NAG

This will be shown in a mini-cinema that has been set up specially for the private screening of the game.

Also sharing the spotlight is the very recently announced Hitman, we’re very excited to present this game at rage as there is only limited information available and we’re one of the first regions in the world to get our hands on gameplay, which promises to be equally exhilirating.

Guild Wars 2 (NC-Soft) 

Arguably one of the most highly anticipated MMO titles Guild Wars 2 will be demonstrated on the rAge stage with the help of our NC-Soft partners. We’ll get to see some incredible innovations in the world of Guild Wars 2 which will most certainly change the way MMO’s are played and certainly set a presicdent for future titles.

Assassins Creed Revelations / Ghost Recon Future Soldier / Just Dance 3 / Rayman Origins (Ubisoft) 

Ubisoft have a strong lineup of titles to show us with developers coming in to showcase two hotly talked about titles, each of them stars in their own right. Assassins Creed Revelations being the final chapter in the story of Ezio, with so much excitement surrounding the story gamers are eagerly waiting to see where the journey of the Assassins will take them.

Ghost Recon Future Soldier Has made some exciting advances in gameplay and team work mechanics, and now we’ll have the chance to show them off live at the show. Ubisoft will also be demonstrating the new Gunsmith mechanic with Kinect, now you can really feel like Tom Cruise in Minority Report.

Just Dance 3 will be there to get the party started and we certainly hope to see you showing us some of your moves! as well as the new platformer Rayman with 4 player co-op bringing crazy fun back into gaming.

Darkness II / NBA 2K12 (2K Games)

2K Games will be here to demonstrate 2 of their games namely Darkness II this is a must see for any fans and new comers to the franchise; they’ve taken a slightly new direction on the game which has really lifted the franchise to new heights and we’re very excited about the release. best of all YOU get to play it!

NBA 2K12 has been receiving lot’s of praise to what promises to bring so much valuable content to players. Offering so much to the devoted fan including classic matches, dream team creation and a huge variety of game modes. This will also be playable at rAge and will be on show a week before it gets released in stores! (available 7th September 2011)

Skylanders: Spyro’s Adventure (Activision) 

Spyro is back but not like you will remember, introducing Spryo and his friends in a new form with figurines that come to life in the game. We’ll be demonstrating how this awesome never-before-seen technology will work and you’ll get the chance to bring some of these characters to life.
That is apparently not all from the distributor who say they will have more.
