Next week sees a new four-track song pack of Slipknot songs arrive for Rock Band, including “Wait and Bleed” and “Pulse of the Maggots”.
My first impression when the press release arrived was to ask why? You can pick up the game for a bargain pretty much anywhere these days. However, the main reason for the re-release would appear to be the addition of Mad Catz’s own peripherals, so let’s hope the pricing is competitive on release – I still need a keyboard and pro-guitar.
Anyone remember ‘Take On Me’? How about ‘Tubthumping’? Maybe I’m a little older than most then, but these *ahem* “classics” will be making an appearance in Rock Band 3 along with new tracks by Avenged Sevenfold and Live – who will be making their Rock Band debut.
