Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD now confirmed for XBLA, PSN and PC

The former Vita exclusive Assassin’s Creed 3: Liberation is now headed to the Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC. A logo for the game appeared last week, and now Joystiq report that Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD has been confirmed for XBLA, PSN and PC.
