Upcoming Events

Our sister organisation, ACGL, has the following online tournaments running this week:

Telkom DGL (nay, VS Gaming) activities continue but there are a few other events happening to keep you entertained over the coming week (or so):

  • Xbox Playdates ZA are hosting a number of playdates in May. The Thursday events start at 8pm, while the Friday F1 events begin at 9pm. You can get more information here about the regular gaming play dates.
    • 18 – Gears of War 4 Horde Mode
    • 25 – Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege
    • 26 – F1 2016 GP (Monaco)
  • Telkom DGL has the Dota 2 Masters Cup on from 19 May to 21 May. There’s R110,000 up for grabs between the eight competing teams. The action will be streamed to both Twitch and YouTube all weekend. Full details can be found here.
  • Fragcon is hosting a “Mini LAN/Tryouts” starting 5pm on Friday (19 May) and running until 8pm the following night. The LAN is in Polokwane and entry is R20 per person. Additional information can be found on the event page.
  • FIFA 17 fans in Gauteng, there’s a tournament happening at Republic of 94 in Braamfontein on Sunday 21 May from 1pm. Entry is R100 and there is cash up for grabs. Additional information can be found here.
