Rocksteady Studios – the developer of Batman: Arkham Asylum and Arkham City – is reportedly working on a prequel featuring Batman and DC Universe’s Justice League.
According to a Variety report, the Dark Knight will form the Justice League of America with other heroes such as Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and the Flash. The game will be set before Rocksteady’s existing Batman series, and will detail Batman’s first meeting with the Joker.
The game will no launch before 2014 “at the earliest” – speculation is that Rocksteady is developing the title for the next generation of console hardware.
