Rapper Daz Dillinger claims Rockstar used two of his tracks “without paying him a cent,” and is demanding compensation or that Rockstar “recall and destroy all unsold copies” of Grand Theft Auto V.

Videogamer are citing TMZ who report that Dillinger turned down Rockstar’s “offensively low offer of $4,271.00” for the use of two of his tracks, which featured on of the game’s radio stations.

Dillinger allegedly insisted that Rockstar needed to make him a “better offer” or pull the game from stores. The rapper says this is about “respecting an artist’s work.”

Dillinger and his attorneys have allegedly given Rockstar 14 days to “comply with their demands… or strike a deal.”
