The exclusive is dubbed a “third-person interactive thriller” that will use the Unreal Engine 4.
Without Memory takes inspiration from two other PS4 bug-hitters, Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls, both previously brought to us by Quantic Dream. It will apparently make extensive use of the Dualshock 4 tech.
It will not feature multiplayer, and the storyline will be an interactive one that will feature multiple endings as well as “heartbreaking scenes,” hence the games it draws inspiration from.
On the graphics front, developer says Without Memory will boast “modern realistic graphics” and cutting-edge facial animation.
Unfortunately we will have to wait until the second quarter of 2016 for it to reach us. The developer says Without Memory only recently left the concept phase.
It has not been disclosed whether we’ll see Without Memory at E3 or GDC.
