CVG are citing a Famitsu conducted report in Japan which states that 64% of gamers in the region will be looking at buying the PS Vita this year, making it the most wanted gaming system there.
Nintendo’s 3DS, which has sold extremely well in Japan, came in second in the poll with 48% and proving that the Japanese favour handheld consoles. Nintendo’s Wii U claimed third spot with 34% of the votes.
It is no surprise that the now aged Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles only managed to rack up 25% and 11% respectively in the poles.
