MSSA MwebThe MSSA – and their sponsors MWEB – have confirmed and detailed the ‘MWEB S.A. National Championships’.

The MSSA Championships will be on 7 & 8 December at Tswane University of Technology in Witbank, and registrations close on 5 December for the championships. We would suggest emailing the MSSA (mindsportssa@iafrica.com) to arrange registration as soon as possible, as “late entries will be accepted only if there is space available.”

According to the press release, the National Championship is “an open championship,” meaning “any Registered Player is entitled to enter the championship – no matter where they live, or their category of membership. If you have any queries, please contact the MSSA.”

Call of Duty console teams should particularly take note that the championship will be run on Black Ops 2 and not Ghosts. FIFA players should also take note that according to the press release, the title being used will be FIFA 13 and not FIFA 14. Battlefield players will also be playing on the previous title, and not Battlefield 4.

The championships will also be used as part of the selection process for 2014 National Team Selection.
