Modern Warfare 2 Patched…

… and fixed.

The latest patch for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is live Xbox LIVE on US servers.

There have been quite a few glitches reported and readers of Kotaku have sent in mails reporting that the patch fixed exploits like the Akimbo glitch, and all seems well.
