GameStop has put up pre-orders of the new Microsoft USB memory sticks and I don’t even know why I get shocked at the price. Am I still not used to Microsoft’s rip off pricing.
The 8GB stick is listed at $40 (+- R320), while a 16GB stick is priced at $70 (+-R560) which is considerably more than standard USB flash drives. So why would it be more than double the price I ask?
Microsoft has not officially announced this pricing so it could still change. Maybe if nobody pre-orders them we could push them to drop the pricing, and I do mean “maybe” as in I doubt it.
