Yesterday’s supposedly leaked Metal Gear Solid 5 logo is not real, according to the series’ director Hideo Kojima.
It had been assumed that Kojima had held closed-doors demonstrations of the new game at this past weekend’s San Diego Comic-Con event, and someone had snapped the picture.
Commenting on his Twitter account, Kojima said the logo “is completely fake” and added “I apologise to those who were looking forward to it.”
