A report by Eurogamer.cz suggests that Mafia 3 is in development at 2K Czech, for the next Xbox and the next PlayStation.
Originally planned as a next-gen launch title, the title will now miss that as developer 2K Czech is still in the process of staffing up after last year’s loss of around 40 staff members.
The developer is currently looking for 11 new members of staff, including one for a systems designer, with the job listings saying the developer is working on its “next AAA title”.
Neither Microsoft nor Sony have announced their next generation plans, but reports have constantly pointed to the consolesarriving late next year.
