It has been rumored for awhile now that Team Bondi’s LA Noire would go multi-platform and now it is a reality. Confirmation came from staff of Game Informer magazine who posted comments to a cover story reveal of the magazine’s March issue.
The title was originally to be published by Sony Computer Entertainment America, but was soon transferred to Rockstar Games and maybe we have them to thank for it going multi-platform.
L.A. Noire is a “gritty crime epic” set in 1947 Los Angeles and some more news from Game Informer is that it will feature “groundbreaking facial-animation system” and it might “change the way we look at games.”
Well thank you Rockstar or whom ever made this happen. I have long been a fan of the US 1940/50 crime movies. The three-piece suites, the bold black cars, cigars and the “rat-tat-tat” sounds from the machineguns all should be great for a game. And what’s more reassuring is that Team Bondi is previously known for The Getaway.
