God of War: Ascension | Collector’s Edition available for pre-order

If you have $79.99 spare cash just asking to be spent, you can now preorder the God of War: Ascension Collector’s Edition.

In the CE you will get the game (obviously), a Kratos statue, a steelbook game case, the game’s soundtrack and a “pass for future DLC content.” All this when the game releases on 12 March 2013.

Not too bad a price considering the 8″ statue. I’ve been wanting one since I played God of War for the first time back in 2006.

And a related note. Why is there no news on the pricing for the Assassin’s Creed Freedom Edition? That is like around the corner and I want to order!

    That would be awesome. I’m planning on getting it from Takealot, but nothing there yet. I’m sure they’ll update it as soon as they know.

      No price on the CEs but both ‘Freedom’ and ‘Join or Die’ have been confirmed for SA by the local distro.
