Games

The Limited and Collector’s Editions of Halo 5: Guardians have been announced. The two go along with the standard edition ($59.99) but feature additional goodies. The Limited Edition costs $99.99 and adds additional digital content to “enhance Spartan combat and exclusive items wrapped in a uniquely designed steel book.” The Collector’s Edition will sell for $249.99 and contains all the other items as well as “additional content such as a commemorative numbered statue designed by 343 Industries.” [More…]

A new character for Tekken 7 has been revealed – Shaheen, a Saudi Arabian soldier. Just remember not to get too excited as Tekken 7 is confirmed for Japanese arcades this March but a western launch is still to be confirmed.

Consoles & Hardware

Sony has offered PS Plus members an extra five days free following the DDoS attacks on Christmas day. Also, a 10% discount code will be offered for a one-off use and for a limited time to PSN members. [More…]

Videos

The games heading to your Instant Game Collection (if you’re a PS Plus member) for January have been confirmed. On PS4, there’s inFAMOUS: First Light and The Swapper, while the PS3 gets Prototype 2 and Duck Tales Remastered and the PSVita bags Duke Nukem 3D: Megaton Edition and Whoa Dave!.
