The PS4 alpha for Evolve is now live  and all platforms will see the alpha close at 12PM PT / 8PM UTC today (4 November) or about 4PM on 5 November in SA time. [via Twitter]

Destiny‘s ‘The Dark Below’ DLC will bring content for everyone, not just paying gamers, on 9 December. The free content will include “new weapons and armor, new Daily Bounties, [and] five additional Bounty slots”, while those that buy the DLC will also get new strikes and missions.

“If you pre-loaded CoD: AW and you’re experiencing issues with the game, you must delete all pre-load files from your system and re-download all Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare content.” That’s the advise from Sony to all PS4 gamers experiencing issues with their digital pre-order of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

The first Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel DLC will be the Handsome Jack Doppelganger Pack, which will allow you to play as Jack, or someone that “looks an awful lot like him” from 11 November. The Doppelganger Pack will cost $9.99 as a standalone, or is included in the $29.99 season pass.

EA Access subscribers can play Dragon Age: Inquisition – in the form of a six hour trial – five days ahead of its official release on 18 November. Progress will be carried over to the full game. [More…]
