BioWare has “discussed” bringing the Mass Effect trilogy to the Xbox One and PS4. “If we can put solid plans together we’ll share. Great to hear you’re keen,” said BioWare Edmonton and Montreal general manager Aaryn Flynn on Twitter.

Naughty Dog have been dropping hints about their next game “around the internet,” but no-one seems to have found them yet. According to the company’s web developer Jason Paul, there are clues out there. [More on CVG]

DICE LA will be taking over the development of the DLC for Battlefield 4 after Naval Strike. The recently formed studio will develop the last two DLC packs (Dragon’s Teeth and Final Stand) for the game. [More on CVG]

DICE has made addressing “netcode issues” in Battlefield 4 one of their “top priorities”. Rubber banding, tickrate and dying while sprinting are just some of the issues mentioned in their recent blog post.

It’s a “#bigweek” for Watch_Dogs according to the game’s product manager David Thériault. This, of course, has people speculating on what it means, with a fixed release date being the most popular.

It seems Dishonored II will be revealed at E3 this year, if a leaked image proves to be legit. [via AllGamesBeta]

A rumoured Call of Duty Ghosts multiplayer demo has been confirmed as real, but will only be available for a limited time on Xbox 360 and Xbox One. The access will start Friday, 7 March, from 10am PST/6pm GMT and run until Monday, 10 March. The demo will also be limited to Extinction mode and Team Deathmatch, Search & Rescue and Domination on Strike Zone, Warhawk and Prison Break.

The Walking Dead Season 2 Episode 2 will be out on 5 March for Xbox and on 6 March for iOS. PC and PS3 (in North America) can download the game from today. [via Twitter]

The UK pre-order bonuses for The Amazing Spider-Man 2 have been confirmed. Pre-ordering the game will net you the Web Threads Suit Pack, which unlocks a number of in-game outfits on launch day, each of which offers unique combat bonuses. [More on CVG]

Promotional materials posted on Siliconera (and confirmed by Bandai Namco) reveal that Dark Souls II is coming to the PC and Steam on 25 April.

Cel Damage HD will be hitting the PS4, PS3 and Vita in Spring. The game was originally released in 2001 for Xbox and GameCube. [More on CVG]

Fez will be out for the PS3, PS4 and PS Vita on 25 March in North America and 26 March in Europe.

Arcade dog-fighter Luftrausers will be out for PC, PS3, and PS Vita on 18 March.

Both Fez and Luftrausers are part of the US PSN Spring Fever sale, which features indie games, as well as discount on franchises such as Call of Duty, Need for Speed and more. The sale runs until the end of March, and titles will change weekly. [More on PlayStation Blog]

Tomb Raider and Dead Nation: Apocalypse Edition will hit the PS3 and PS4 respectively today as part of the US Instant Game Collection.

Blizzard is preparing to invite “a very limited number of players” to a ‘Technical Alpha’ of their MOBA, Heroes of the Storm. [More on the Official Website]

There Came an Echo – a voice-controlled RTS game from Iridium Studios – has been pencilled in for release on Xbox One alongside the confirmed PC version. The Kickstarter-funded game will release on PC this October and in 2015 on Xbox One. [More on CVG]


Rockstar Games will receive a BAFTA Fellowship (a lifetime achievement award) at this year’s British Academy Games Awards ceremony.

Kickstarter has seen over $1 billion in pledges made. Gaming leads with $216 million pledged, while Film & Video projects have generated $197 million.

Oculus will be co-publishing a number of games for its Rift virtual reality headset, as the company knows it’s “risky enough to get funding for a normal game.” [More on GI International]

This past weekend saw the last four European teams qualify for the Call of Duty Championship to be held in Los Angeles. The Gfinity event saw TCM Gaming crowned champs at the event with Epsilon eSports coming in second. TEC: Intensity and Team Orbit were the two other teams to qualify at the event and they join Vitality Rises, Vitality Returns, SK Gaming, Killerfish, Real Allstars, Wizards, Lightning Pandas, Sublime and Reign Mix as the European contingent heading to LA. Of course, some might consider RiZe Gaming as another European team…
