The free Xbox 360 Games with Gold games for have been announced, with the first being made available already until the end of day on 15 March. First up is Sid Meier’s Civilization Revolution, followed by Dungeon Defenders on 16 March. [More on Major Nelson]

‘Naval Strike’ for Battlefield 4 is due for release in “late March”, with Battlefield Premium members gaining access two weeks before other gamers. [More on the Battlefield Website]

From today, you will be able to download and try PS4 exclusive Killzone Shadlow Fall‘s multiplyer free of charge – even if you don’t have PS Plus. The offer runs for one week and will also feature special Warzones where only the new (free) maps will be available. [More on CVG]

There will be a title update and a final bit of DLC coming to The Last of Us. A new difficulty mode will be added, while the content will include new maps, new weapons and new skills for the multiplayer portion of the game.

Images and additional information about Titanfall have been leaked via a Reddit post. According to the post, monsters have been confirmed, along with the inclusion of turrets, ziplines and a ‘Generations’ mode.

It seems Hush may be the new villian in the next Batman Arkham game from Rocksteady. [via AllGamesBeta]

The expansion for State of Decay – called ‘Lifeline’ – has been detailed. It will feature a new map and will allow you to experience the zombie outbreak from the perspective of a military unit. [More on Undead Labs’ Blog]

It looks like ‘Revelations’ may be heading to Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 according to content extracted from the game’s text files. [More on AllGamesBeta]

Rebellion is working on a console version of Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army which will feature “plenty of new content to get stuck into.” The game has sold 500,000 copies for PC to date.

Murdered: Soul Suspect will not be coming to the Wii U because it “just doesn’t fit.” The game will be coming out on the PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One in June. [More on GameSpot]

The DayZ development team has been effectively doubled since the beginning of the project. A new update (0.37) for the game will be available on 5 March and the team is working on a cooking system. [More on DayZ Blog]

OlliOlli is heading to PC according to EGX Rezzed which runs from 28 March to 30 March. The developer of OlliOlli will also reveal a new game at the event.

Steam ‘Family Sharing’ has been enabled for all users. The system essentially allows users to share their library of Steam games with others on up to ten shared device. There are some restrictions, but more information is available here.


The March update for the Xbox One will allow owners to manually select a 50hz option when watching pal TV in Europe which has been affected by a ‘juddering’ picture. [More on CVG]

Also coming with the March Xbox One update is the addition of 5.1 Dolby Digital surround sound via the optical out port on the console.


Some indie developers are still holding back on developing for the Xbox One due to the ID@Xbox release parity clause. The clause demands that self-published games must be released on Xbox One before or simultaneously with other platforms. [More on CVG]

Interceptor Entertainment – the studio behind Rise of the Triad – has acquired 3D Realms who is heading into battle against Gearbox of an alleged trademark violation of the Duke Nukem name. [More on CVG]
