The new Assassin’s Creed has been leaked via a number of assets sent to Kotaku. The game is called Assassin’s Creed: Victory and is set in Victorian London and is due in 2015. Ubisoft have confirmed the validity of the assets.

PS4 and PS3 Destiny players will be receiving (timed) exclusive content for ‘The Dark Below’ expansion. This includes a Strike set on Mars called The Undying Mind and an exotic-class weapon called The 4th Horseman – a shotgun with four barrels. [More…]

Dead Island 2 will be getting a beta, which will see PS4 have a 30 day exclusivity. After that, the Xbox One and PC beta will go live. At the moment, the only way to get into the Dead Island 2 beta, would be by having  preordered series spin-off Escape Dead Island. [More…]

If you expected a game to launch without a day one patch, you’re wrong. The Crew has a patch which fixes a number of bugs and activates some features. Full patch notes can be found here.

Warface on the Xbox 360 is being cancelled. Crytek is not allowing any new subscriptions to the free-to-play shooter and will shut the game down for good on 1 February 2015, not even a full year after it released on the console. [via Facebook]

The first expansion for Hearthstone, Goblins vs Gnomes, will be out on 9 December in Europe, Korea, Taiwan, and China, and 8 December in the US. [More…]

This week’s Deals with Gold sees Metro discounted by 33% on the Xbox One, while on the Xbox 360, Metro is joined by other titles such as Risen 3, Sacred 3, Dead Island Riptide, Saints Row IV and more. Full details are available here.

A new weekly sale running through December has started on the US PS Store. Titles on sale until 8 December include Assassin’s Creed Liberation, Gran Turismo 6, South Park: the Stick of Truth, Tomb Raider and Wolfenstein: The New Order. Get the full list and pricing here.

A crowdfunding campaign for the Sinclair ZX Spectrum has been launched. The Indiegogo campaign has a £100,000 target for a smaller version of the original Spectrum now called the Sinclair ZX Spectrum Vegas. The new console is scheduled to launch in April 2015 and will come with 1000 games built-in.
