Some new Saints Row is coming. However, it is unclear whether it is a new game or DLC. The hint came by way of Saints Row 2 voice actor Jay Mohr who said on Twitter: “About to do my voice over work for new Saints Row video game.” [via CVG]

The delayed (until 2014) Soul Calibur: Lost Swords will feature Astaroth, Pyrrha and Nightmare. Videos and screens of the characters can be viewed here.

There are no DLC plans for Dark Souls 2 according to the game’s producer Takeshi Miyazoe. He has also said that From Software has never considered bringing the game to the Wii U. In an interview with Edge he said: “For Dark Souls 2, we don’t even expect any additional downloadable content because we want to deliver a full game, the full experience, to fans who purchase the package from day one. We did do additional content for Dark Souls, but generally downloadable content for Dark Souls 2 is not really being considered.”

The daily deal on Xbox Live today will make a grand total of about four of you happy. NBA Jam, FIFA Street 13, NFL Blitz and 3 on 3 NHL ar all discounted a whopping 75%, but they are now probably still a little overpriced… There’s always the weekly deals to keep you happy, but those will change tomorrow, so get in there now. Guacamelee! by Drinkbox Studios is heading to the Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Guacamelee! Super Turbo Champion Edition will be more than just a port, but will feature all new content and improved visuals. [More on IGN]

MX vs ATV Supercross will be out in the first half of 2014 for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC, Mac and Linux.

Patch 2.1 for StarCraft 2 is inbound. The main focus of the patch will be to introduce a number of new features for Clans and Groups. [More on]

The Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft open beta has been pushed back from this month until next year – possibly in January. Hearthstone production director Jason Chayes said on “We believe the right thing to do for the game is to not rush it out into open beta, but to instead hold onto it a little longer to make sure it’s ready for wider testing.”


Sony has claimed that the sales of the PS Vita in the UK has jumped following the release of the PS4. Sales went up 68% in the week following the PS4’s launch and another 65% the following week. [More on MCV]
