Day four of the Xbox 360 Ultimate Game Sale brings 55% discount o Tomb Raider, 67% off Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition and Tony Hawk Pro Skater HD, while Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons is marked down by 73%. Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City, The Darkness II, Prototype 2 and Viking get 75% slashed off their price, and Walking Dead Season 2 Ep 1 is reduced by a whopping 80%. The new Gears of War is being worked on, but don’t expect it soon. Phil Spencer said on Twitter: “Still working through plan. I can say first original GoW from BT [developer Black Tusk] has to reignite franchise and grow it, won’t be a quick turn”.

The Walking Dead Season 2 Episode 2 is expected in “early March” with a new trailer coming next week. “Stay tuned for official release dates,” says Telltale Games.

Tony Hawk is working with Activision on a “pretty cool” new game. We assume it will be a skating game, but no more information is available currently other than “more info is coming soon.” [More on IGN]

Basement Crawl is due next week on PS4. The game will be available via PSN for $9.99 USD/€9.99/£7.99 on 25 February in North America and 26 February in Europe. [More on AllGamesBeta]

Twitch users will be able to trigger in-game events in other people’s Daylight game on PS4 and PC. This will happen when certain words are mention in Twitch chat. The game is out on 8 April for $14.99/€14.99/£11.99. [More on CVG]

Kickstarter driven RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance has ended its campaign on £1,106,016 – enough to ensure the recently announced PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game, as well as a dog companion (not called Riley) in the game. [More on Eurogamer]

Octodad: Dadliest Catch has been slightly delayed for its PS4 release. The game is now due “early April is what it’s looking like.” Developer Young Horses is “thinking about” and Xbox One version but “don’t currently have plans for Wii U.” [via Twitter]


The Xbox One Media Remote has been officially announced by Microsoft. It will retail for $24.99 ERP in the US and “available in stores around the world”. Not in South Africa of course. [More on Xbox Wire]

Microsoft has relaunched SkrDrive as OneDrive on the Xbox One. The rebranded cloud storage service now comes with Achievements, which reward you for using the app in its first week of release.

Virgin Gaming and Capcom have teamed up to bring real money battles to Super Street Fighter 4 and Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition on PS3 and Xbox 360.
