Games

Ten new Rockstar “verified” jobs have been added to GTA Online and include “highly-recommended Races and a pair of exceptional Deathmatches.” Full details on Rockstar Newswire.

The Titanfall DLC could add monsters, but is more likely to add maps and Titans. In South Africa, many would just love the game itself… [More on IGN]

A Call of Duty Ghosts update has been released for PS4. The update weighs in at a hefty 1.75GB and – according to the limited official update notes – the patch “fixed a crash that could occur at the start screen, if you started downloading Onslaught before launching the game.” [More on Reddit]

The rumours that PlayStation Now may allow users to rent games have seemingly been confirmed after a rentable version of Catherine was spotted on the PS Store. The game has an option to rent the game for one day, seven days or 30 days, but it currently does not actually work. [More on PSN Stores]

It appears a “new, completely modernized action RPG version of the arcade classic, #Gauntlet” is coming. That’s if a new Twitter account is genuine. [via AllGamesBeta]

Bound by Flame – the new RPG from Spiders studios – will be out on 9 May on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. More details and a few screens here.

Hardware

An update for the Skype app on the Xbox One has been released and improves chat, filtering, and fixes bugs. [More on CVG]

The Xbox One controller will work on PCs when the drivers arrive, and Microsoft is keen to point out that rumours that they have abandoned plans for PC driver support for the Xbox One controller are “100 per cent wrong”. [More on CVG]

Industry

Microsoft has ended its Xbox console subscription program (which operated similar to a cellphone contract), calling it a “pilot” program. [More on CVG]
