State of Decay: Year-One Survival Edition is now available for pre-purchase and pre-download for Xbox One. The game releases on 12 May. [More…]

Project CARS will run at 60fps on both Xbox One and PS4. However, on Xbox One, the game’s resolution will be 900p, while the PS4 version will run at 1080p. The PC version will feature “up to 12K resolution” putting both consoles to shame. More can be found in the game’s FAQ, including the PC requirements.

GTA V has launched for PC, but it has not done so without issues. Gamers with a Windows username containing characters outside of the alphabet or numbers one-to-10 seem to be affected and unable to play the game. Rockstar is working on a fix.

Mortal Kombat X on PC is also not in great shape with issues being reported by some gamers. The game is crashing reportedly due to Steam’s new download system. [More…]
In completely related news (to Mortal Kombat X that is), one piece of DLC is causing controversy. For $5 you can buy 30 ‘easy’ Fatalities, which seems to completely defeat the object of the game a little. [More…]

Patch 6.2 for World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor will add ship building and a number of other features, such as a new difficulty setting and a new raid. Details of the patch can be found here.

Hearthstone is now available for iOS and Android phones and is compatible with other versions of the game.

Activision has revealed Guitar Hero Live. The reboot of the franchise is not backward compatible with the previous instruments and will place the player in a first person view. The game will be available this autumn (or spring in the southern hemisphere) for Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, PS3 and WiiU, with the guitar costing $99.
